PROJECTS: III- Forgiving Beauty
Erosion & Care: Forgiving Beauty returns to the flower as body, this time coated in powders, pigments, and cosmetic debris. The additions aren’t decoration so much as another weathering force—covering, staining, and complicating the surface. Damage and adornment start to blur; tenderness and intrusion sit uncomfortably close. Rather than resolving tension, the series stays inside it, holding beauty and ruin in the same fragile skin.
